Ladies of Phi Sigma Sigma

We are the sisters of Phi Sigma Sigma, Beta Pi Chapter at Queens College!  We are an international Panhellenic organization with over 60,000 initiated members, and 115 collegiate chapters.  Nationally, we were founded at Hunter College on November 26, 1913, and locally on our Queens College campus in 1956.  Currently we are the largest collegiate chapter at Queens College.

 

Our motto is Diokete Hupsala- Greek for "Aim High".  This motto fits our sisterhood perfectly, because as women we always strive to better ourselves and be the best people we can be.

 

The main philanthropies we support are The Phi Sigma Sigma Foundation, Practice Makes Perfect, and School & College Readiness.  With these philanthropies we aim to provide scholarships, educational grants, and school support for low-income children.
